The U-Box International team is seeking a career-minded, growth-oriented individual to make an impact on our daily operations in a support role. Under the direction of the U-Box International Manager, this position will be a support role to assist the move managers and quoting team. This representative will work with both our field personnel and our transportation companies to ensure our U-Boxes are being transported effectively and efficiently. This is an onsite position located at our corporate campus in Phoenix, AZ
Duties Include:
Interacting with field personnel via email.
Interacting with transportation companies and destination agents via email.
Utilizing U-Haul systems, to assist creating custom quotes for our international customers.
Updating all necessary systems as needed: U-Haul Systems as well as a TMS (Transportation Management System)
Organizing documents on the shared drive/resource library.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a university/high school.
Additional Requirements:
Confident and independent in decision making
Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel & Typing
Must be detail oriented and organized
Strong analytical and reasoning skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be dedicated, dependable and reliable
