Intus Care is a healthcare analytics platform that synthesizes healthcare data to identify risks, visualize trends, and optimize care for PACE programs. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the client delivery teams in ensuring efficient service operations and seamless communication. This role involves managing documentation processes, assisting in the creation of client-facing materials, coordinating configuration and access requests, and providing general operational support. The Project Coordinator will also play a key role in responding to support tickets and facilitating timely delivery of high-quality resources to clients.
Documentation Management
Coordinate the monthly preparation and delivery of documents to clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain documentation schedules and track deliverables using project management tools.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Project Managers, Client Success, and Risk Adjustment Consultants) to gather required data and updates for each client cycle.
Ensure compliance with data collection and submission standards as outlined in the IRIS onboarding and engagement models
Client Support & Configuration
Serve as a liaison between clients and the Support Team for configuration changes and user access requests
Log, track, and resolve client support tickets related to IntusCare platforms
Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical or product teams and follow through to resolution
Support the onboarding of new clients by assisting with system setup, user provisioning, and documentation handoff
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Implementation, Risk Adjustment, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless client experiences
Participate in internal meetings to stay aligned on project timelines, client needs, and product updates
Assist in preparing materials for client meetings, including executive briefs and training sessions
2+ years of experience in project coordination, client services, or healthcare operations
Familiarity with healthcare documentation workflows, especially in risk adjustment or coding environments, is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools (e.g., Airtable, Jira, or similar)
