Position Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant & Office Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic, fast-growing Legal Marketing team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a multitasking environment and enjoys both numbers and operations. You’ll play a key part in supporting our U.S.-based operations while ensuring our Guadalajara office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance (80%)
- Manage confidential bookkeeping, including reconciliations and expense tracking
- Coordinate petty cash, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments
- Support monthly closings and assist with audit preparation
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical financial records
- Collaborate closely with U.S.-based finance and operations teams to ensure compliance and consistency
Office Administration & Support (20%)
- Oversee day-to-day in-office logistics, including ordering and organizing office supplies, snacks, and equipment
- Refill and maintain office water dispensers and other shared resources
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and needs
- Support general workforce administrative tasks such as onboarding logistics, document collection, and event planning
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles
- 1+ years in an office coordination or administrative support role
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Previous experience supporting U.S.-based teams or corporate structures
- Must be able to commute to the office 2 days per week
