The Opportunity

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Founder/CEO of a fast-growing data privacy and AI company. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a visionary founder, gaining exposure to high-level decision-making while keeping daily operations running smoothly. You’ll play a critical role in maximizing the CEO’s efficiency, helping drive the company’s mission forward in one of the most dynamic areas of tech.

  • HQ: Greenville, DE

  • Preferred Candidate Location: PA or DE 

  • Start Date: Immediate start

What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative support to the Founder/CEO

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel

  • Handle confidential information with discretion

  • Prepare meeting materials and reminders of deadlines and deliverables

  • Support the CEO’s errands with frequent driving between PA and DE

What You Bring

  • A bachelor's degree from a U.S. institution is strongly preferred

  • At least 2 years of working experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level tech executives is strongly preferred

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication 

  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality

  • A valid driver’s license and a car

Interviewing Process
