About the Role: 

The Value Creation Analyst / Sr. Analyst supports our work with Fortune 500 legal teams, helping scope and deliver initiatives that create 8–9 figures of value. This role blends financial analysis, GTM support, and strategic planning. You’ll work cross-functionally across product, engineering, and sales, and directly with customer stakeholders, including legal, finance, procurement, and the C-suite.  This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, VC, PE, or corporate strategy who wants to own high-impact work in a fast-paced startup. 

• Support corporate strategy and M&A initiatives with financial modeling, market analysis, and diligence work; partner with leadership to evaluate new growth opportunities, analyze build/buy/partner decisions, and pressure test strategic bets. 
•  Shape Go-To-Market strategy for customers including product, scope of services, pricing, and positioning. 
• Conduct ROI analysis and build a business case for AI investments; present to senior client stakeholders (including C-suite executives). 
• Shape long-term transformation roadmaps through conversations with customers. 
• Inform contract negotiations and pricing with customer business cases. 
• Identify key pain points within current processes and translate them into solution development for operations leads and AI engineers. 
• Provide ongoing strategic support post-sale to ensure long-term value delivery. 

• 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, VC, PE, or corporate strategy. 
• Strong financial modeling skills and fluency in SaaS KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, NRR, margin structure).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, STEM, or related field. 
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
