In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to food orders, delivery services, and ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding food delivery, order placement, and service-related questions.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to enhance their experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and timely resolution of customer inquiries.
• Stay informed about menu offerings, service updates, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.

• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the food delivery or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
