We're looking for an experienced Content Strategy Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with deep marketing expertise, a passion for content-driven growth, and a strong consultative mindset. You'll partner with Jasper customers to design and execute comprehensive content strategies that drive measurable business outcomes across all marketing channels.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll audit marketing goals, architect content strategies, deploy AI-powered workflows, and continuously optimize for performance. You'll work at the intersection of content marketing, audience development, and conversion optimization to help clients achieve their growth objectives.
This fully remote role reports to the Chief Customer Officer and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
Strategic Partnership & Goal Alignment
Act as the primary strategic advisor for content marketing engagements across multiple customers
Conduct comprehensive audits of marketing goals, target audiences, and competitive landscapes
Design content strategies that align with business objectives, sales funnels, and customer journey stages
Deliver strategic recommendations to marketing leaders and executive stakeholders
Content Strategy & Architecture
Develop comprehensive content strategies including audience segmentation, messaging frameworks, and channel optimization
Create content roadmaps that span organic search, social media, email marketing, and other key channels
Design topic clusters, content pillars, and editorial calendars aligned with marketing goals
Deploy Jasper's AI-powered content workflows in partnership with AI Architects
Performance Management & Optimization
Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks tied to business outcomes (leads, conversions, revenue)
Monitor content performance across channels including organic traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion metrics
Analyze audience behavior, content consumption patterns, and conversion paths
Iterate strategies based on data insights, A/B testing, and performance feedback loops
Growth & Amplification
Collaborate with clients' distribution and growth teams to maximize content reach and impact
Optimize content for lead generation through strategic CTA placement and user journey mapping
Expand content programs through emerging channels, content formats, and audience development strategies
Guide clients on content repurposing, cross-channel distribution, and community building
Thought Leadership & Enablement
Act as a mentor and strategic advisor within the Outcomes practice
Contribute to best practices, playbooks, and client delivery frameworks
Stay current on content marketing trends, audience behavior shifts, and emerging platform opportunities
4+ years of experience in content marketing, growth marketing, or marketing strategy, with proven success managing multiple client programs
Strong background in content strategy, audience development, and performance marketing
Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable improvements in lead generation, audience growth, and marketing ROI
Experience working in a consultative services model, either in agency, SaaS, or marketing services environments
Proficient in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce) and content performance platforms
Comfortable with AI tools, automation workflows, and emerging content technologies
Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and strategic storytelling skills
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Knowledge of SEO principles and organic search optimization is a plus
At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected OTE range for this role is $135,000 - $165,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
