Remote Customer Support Specialist Needed

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional remote customer support for airport aviation, sky catering, airport shoppes, and cargo services.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to flight schedules, cargo shipments, catering orders, and shopping experiences.
  • Offer accurate information about services, procedures, and policies via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate service requests, cancellations, or modifications.
  • Record and document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and solutions are satisfactory.
  • Promote MGI CARIBE’s services and provide recommendations to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay informed about company updates, service changes, and industry regulations relevant to aviation and cargo.

  • Proven experience in customer support or a related role (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM software and support tools is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
