Enterprise Architect

Company Description

Integres, LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that was established to provide high-quality, insightful, agile information technology-based solutions to its customers. Integrity is a foundational element of everything we strive to do. We seek to develop solutions that respond to the evolving challenges that today’s organizations face using our own unique combination of industry best practices and evolving techniques and technologies. We started Integres with the intent of building "a company with a soul." As such, we take a servant-leadership approach as the long-term strategy for our success. We are cultivating a corporate family culture that demands excellence and accountability while putting a premium on work/life balance.  We empower and support our employees to contribute to achieving our corporate goals by interacting with our customers as true partners, rather than treating their engagement as just another job.  We seek to be good corporate citizens and encourage and promote employee participation in community and volunteer work.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced part time Enterprise Architect to lead the alignment of IT strategy and planning with our organization’s business mission, strategy, and processes. The Enterprise Architect will design, document, and maintain architectural models that ensure technology investments meet current operational demands while positioning the organization for long-term agility, sustainability, and growth.

  • Oversee infrastructure, security, data, and application architecture.

  • Analyze and translate business, information, and technical requirements into solution blueprints that achieve business objectives.

  • Develop consensus-based enterprise solutions that are scalable, adaptable, and aligned with business priorities.

  • Create a roadmap for evolving the enterprise application portfolio from current to future state, including bi-modal operations.

  • Advise IT leadership and management on architectural principles, approaches, and emerging trends.

  • Ensure alignment with CMS’s Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) modularity vision and federal standards, including the Medicaid Enterprise Certification Lifecycle (MECL).

  • Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to internal teams.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in an Enterprise Architect role.

    • A master’s degree substitutes for 3 years of experience.

    • A bachelor’s degree substitutes for 2 years.

    • An associate’s degree substitutes for 1 year.

  • Experience serving in an Enterprise Architect role across at least four (4) engagements lasting more than three (3) months each.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering.

  • Strong systems-thinking ability with a “big picture” perspective.

  • Knowledge of IT governance, operations, and financial modeling for IT investments.

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with strengths in collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Proven organizational, project, and program management skills.

  • Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
