Skills
- Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, IAM, DLP, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and cloud security platforms
- Deep knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443 and regulatory frameworks (GDPR, NIS, CCPA, SOC 2)
- Proven experience developing and implementing security policies and governance frameworks
- Strong threat modeling, risk assessment, and penetration testing capabilities
- Ability to translate complex technical risks into actionable policies for business stakeholders
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills with senior leadership
- Experience embedding security controls into network segmentation and access strategies
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and govern IT/OT security frameworks across enterprise and industrial systems
- Develop, update, and enforce IT security policies, standards, and procedures in partnership with IT leadership
- Ensure alignment of policies with NIST CSF 2.0, ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443, GDPR, NIS Directive, CCPA, and other global regulations
- Embed policy-driven controls into network segmentation, access, and firewall strategies with network engineering
- Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and penetration testing and translate findings into governance changes
- Develop and maintain incident response and escalation playbooks aligned with business continuity goals
- Monitor global compliance, recommend corrective actions, and report risk posture to leadership
- Mentor IT staff on technical and governance aspects of data security and OT risk
- Stay current with emerging threats, regulations, and standards and recommend proactive policy adjustments
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (required)
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or IEC 62443 (strongly preferred)
