Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IAM engineering team, promoting collaboration and career growth.
- Define and own the strategic roadmap for the IAM program, aligning initiatives with business goals and security requirements.
- Drive architectural vision for the identity ecosystem with a focus on zero trust and least-privilege principles.
- Manage the product backlog and lead agile ceremonies to ensure iterative, timely delivery of IAM features.
- Oversee Okta environment management including SSO, MFA, Universal Directory, and API integrations.
- Ensure implementation of authentication and authorization standards (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
- Design and govern automated user lifecycle processes and complex Okta Workflows.
- Champion CI/CD, automation, and integration of scripting/REST APIs to streamline IAM operations.
- Partner with Security, Compliance, HR, and Engineering to support audits, access reviews, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as escalation point and subject matter expert for complex IAM issues and architectural decisions.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Okta) are a plus
