Overview:
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Go to Market Operations Lead to support our Marketing team. You will report directly to our cofounder. This role is the operational backbone of the team—managing calendars, ensuring alignment across initiatives, tracking progress, and keeping everyone on schedule. You’ll act as a force-multiplier for the team, streamlining communication, driving accountability, and ensuring that marketing projects are executed with precision and speed.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the marketing team's calendar, ensuring all meetings, launches, and deadlines are well-coordinated.
Track the progress of ongoing campaigns, projects, and deliverables, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
Facilitate cross-team communication and ensure everyone has the information and resources they need.
Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, and action-item follow-ups.
Identify blockers and proactively drive solutions to keep initiatives on track.
Support ad-hoc marketing operations tasks and special projects as needed.

Experience in a fast-paced marketing or startup environment is a plus.
