Responsibilities
- Onboard and train service technicians and service clerks
- Develop and maintain Service Department processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Execute and monitor Service Department marketing plans and monthly goals
- Share best practices and implement common processes across the department
- Coordinate customer clinics, field days, and promotional events
- Submit service warranty and Product Improvement Program claims when needed
- Maintain individual development plans and retain key talent
- Review work orders for completeness and accuracy prior to billing
- Ensure tools, equipment, and service vehicles are in good working order
- Support management in achieving corporate policies, plans, and long-term goals
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- FA/CPR certification required
- Valid driver’s license required
