Overview:

Fuel Cycle is building AI‑native internal operations powered by rapid, modular, goal‑driven agent workflows. The AI Operations Associate invents, prototypes, and deploys systems that automate end‑to‑end business processes— from onboarding and finance ops to customer support and research delivery.

Acting as the bridge between Product, Engineering, Finance and customer‑facing teams, you’ll transform manual workflows into intelligent, autonomous solutions that measurably improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer value.

    • Develop monitoring systems to detect performance degradation

  • Drive continuous improvement of existing workflows and AI culture, eliminating hand‑offs and human intervention.

    • Develop reusable libraries, SOPs, and templates to accelerate internal deployment and nurture a culture of agent-first operations.

    • Translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders and champion an "agent‑first" culture.

  • Develop and manage BI dashboards (Power BI, QuickSight) to track adoption, time saved, error reduction, and ROI.

    • Create visualizations for key performance indicators

    • Set up automated reporting for stakeholders

  • Partner with Product, Research, CX, Finance, and People Ops to surface high‑impact use‑cases and drive adoption.

    • Conduct regular discovery sessions with departments
