We are looking for a Manager of Customer Success to lead a team of representatives, drive retention, and scale our Customer Success department in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska.
Responsibilities: Manage and coach Customer Success Managers, develop and implement department strategy, and meet retention and renewal targets.
Skills: Team management experience, familiarity with pipeline management, and knowledge of Challenger Sale methodologies.
Qualifications: Minimum of one year of team management experience and three years in customer success or account management. Familiarity with Hudl's products is a plus.
Location: On-site required in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska, with potential for relocation.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $80,000 - $120,000.
