We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Sales Strategy Analyst to join our team, focusing on redefining our sales strategy globally.

Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Strategy Analyst will play a crucial role in launching, operationalizing, and strategizing sales models at HubSpot, focusing on our mission as trusted, strategic partners. This role is essential for addressing the current challenges and opportunities of our sales approach and fueling overall and upmarket growth. The analyst will work to build a scalable infrastructure to guide data-driven decision-making that impacts HubSpot revenue for years to come. This includes leading the Go-To-Market (GTM) sales strategy for the overall AMER region and upmarket leadership.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, measure, and communicate success metrics that illustrate the value-added by sales models.
  • Develop insights into sales motions and processes, becoming a trusted leader in our sales techniques.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical teams, product operations, and customer success, fostering a united approach.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with sales partners and present strategies and outcomes to C-suite executives.
  • Exhibit autonomy and take ownership of projects; use innovative thinking to drive influence without needing step-by-step guidance.
  • Develop scalable strategies and practices that extend beyond the AMER region and apply globally.

 

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years experience in a sales strategy role or equivalent position.
  • Expertise in analytical techniques and model development using tools such as Looker, Hex, or Google Suite.
  • Strong aptitude for defining key metrics and conducting analyses to derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of presenting to revenue-driven executives.
  • Strong capability to identify personal and professional growth opportunities and willingness to expand beyond baseline responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce.com, and HubSpot CRM.
  • Proven SQL knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous working environment.
  • Proven AI fluency: demonstrated ability to use generative AI tools, such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude, to analyze data and automate processes.
  • International GTM experience: Previous experience working with international or non-domestic go-to-market strategies is a big plus.



Cash compensation range: 118500-189600 USD Annually

Pay & Benefits

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

Annual Cash Compensation Range:
