- Hands-on Appian or comparable low-code/no-code platform expertise

- Familiarity with Agile and hybrid low-code development methodologies
- Active Secret or IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance
- DoD 8140/8570 baseline certification
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of low-code/no-code solutions (primary focus on Appian) for ECWM and related systems
- Develop and integrate APIs to extend low-code platform capabilities
- Translate BPMN models into automated processes and implement process automation
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code/design reviews, and promote best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document solutions, and ensure compliance with government standards
- Support database development and integration using Microsoft SQL Server and .NET components where required
- Participate in Agile/hybrid delivery, continuous improvement, and DevSecOps-aligned practices
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Appian Certified Developer, Microsoft, Salesforce) preferred
- DoD 8140/8570 baseline certification required
