As a Senior Customer Operations Manager at Uline, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our legendary customer service by leading efforts to minimize order delays and ensure the exceptional experiences our customers have come to expect. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Backorder and Custom/Drop-Ship operations, ensuring top-notch quality, speed, and accuracy.
- Lead team analysis to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
- Track and report on key metrics such as gross profit, returns, vendor performance, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline customer service processes and identify new product opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to resolve issues swiftly and improve service quality.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years in Customer Service or Product Management, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Proficiency in Order Entry, Purchase Order Systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel to Uline’s North American branches and vendor locations.
