Role Overview:

The Lead Business Analyst will support and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and Dynamics AX 2012 for financial and accounting functions. This role will involve collaborating with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to analyze business processes, resolve system issues, and contribute to system enhancements. As a key member of the Dynamics 365 F&O upgrade project, you'll assist with data migration, testing, and training efforts to ensure a smooth transition from Dynamics AX 2012.

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP System Support: Act as an SME for Dynamics 365 F&O and AX 2012 within finance and accounting teams. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Financial Modules Expertise: Provide guidance on modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, and Procurement. Support financial reporting using SSRS, Financial Reporter, and Power BI.
• Data & Integration Management: Collaborate with IT teams to support integrations between D365 F&O and external systems. Perform data validation and reconciliation during migration.
• System Testing & Enhancements: Test new features, patches, and upgrades, documenting changes and their impact on business processes.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align ERP solutions with business needs. Provide mentorship to junior analysts and end users.

What We Need From You:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or AX 2012.
• Skills & Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of SSRS, Power BI, and Financial Reporting tools.
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O modules and business processes.
• Experience in data migration, integrations, and ERP support.
• Proficiency in analyzing ERP issues and implementing solutions.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant Associate
• Other Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

• Ability to analyze data, communicate effectively, and remain stationary for extended periods. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.

Travel Requirements:

• 10% travel for business trips, including out-of-state visits.
