The Data & Analytics Lead Role šŸŽØ

As our Data & Analytics Lead, you’ll transform lives by building the data engine behind every client breakthrough, enabling personalized care, scaled therapy, and measurable outcomes. You’ll advance our pipelines, embed data thinking across teams, and deploy AI tools that empower every Bloomineer to make smart, self-directed decisions.


What You’ll Work On:

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to drive key business decisions and answer high-impact questions from every department, including the CEO 

• Build and deploy scalable, self-serve tools that empower teams to access insights independently

• Own and evolve the data pipeline to ensure accuracy, reliability, and trust across all metrics and dashboards


Example Projects:

• Modernize our stack: Assess our current data stack and event pipeline, proposing a plan to reduce analyst turnaround times and implement more horsepower - it’s your stack now, so put your touch on it

• Hosted semantic layer: Implement dbtCloud, and back it with an MCP server, to enable our business team to combine AI with Mindbloom-specific data

• Go multi-product: Work closely with our Head of Engineering and Head of Mindbloom Health to define and launch our next major evolution of Functional Psychiatry

Given Mindbloom’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further, note that Mindbloom has minimal hierarchy and titles, but the scope of the role and compensation will be reflective of your level.  The estimated annual salary range for this role is $125,000 - $170,000 USD. The actual base salary may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, location, and on market data changes. Total compensation for this role may vary depending on equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and benefits elected.
