Compensation: $23 - $30 per hour

Job Description:

As a Behavioral Program Manager at Intercare Therapy, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering evidence-based behavioral therapies to help children overcome challenges related to autism spectrum disorders. Our mission is to enhance the independence and quality of life of our clients and their families. You'll work directly with clients, providing leadership and guidance while mastering daily case management tasks such as:

• Clinical Program Development: Designing and overseeing effective treatment programs tailored to individual client needs.
• Team Leadership: Supervising Behavioral Interventionists (BIs), providing education and training to caregivers, and supporting a team-oriented environment.
• Client Management: Managing and supervising client sessions in the field (30-60 miles of driving per day), typically between 8 AM and 6 PM on weekdays, with occasional weekend sessions.
• Professional Development: Offering mentorship and continuing education to ensure you grow as a leader in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Required Credentials/Experience:

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Sociology, Social Services, etc.)
• In Progress with BCBA (preferred, but not required)
• Strong ABA, Program Management, and clinical skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback in a team-oriented environment
• Bilingual skills are a plus
