This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

   

Responsibilities:

  • Provides procurement support across a range of commodities and technologies to build expertise.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and meet business goals.
  • Handles supplier selection, contract negotiation, and supports low-complexity supplier operations.
  • Drives process improvements and risk mitigation while aligning tasks with strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience Required:
  • First level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 2-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain function.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Mastery in English and local language.
  • Developed understanding of procurement processes.
  • Demonstrated analytical and technical aptitude.
  • Good business application skills.
  • Basic understanding of corporate compliance.
  • Basic project management skills.
