As a Pediatric Mental Health Intake Therapist (Virtual) working as an independent contractor, your primary responsibility will be conducting initial mental health intakes and assessments for K-12 students.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive - $85-90 per session hour, $30 per no show, $40 per hour for onboarding. Please Note: As a 1099 independent contractor, you will not receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, or access to Hazel’s retirement savings contributions. You are responsible for managing your own taxes, securing your own equipment, insurance, and other work-related equipment and expenses.
