We are recruiting to fill a Resource Allocation Coordinator position who will be responsible for scheduling and planning of resources for our tracking live operations.
This role will monitor daily operations of the team and support leadership’s vision of performance metrics and objectives. This role will provide Operational Leads with consistent, transparent, effective and efficient resource scheduling and team coordination. This role will also coordinate the development and scheduling of the team and temporary technical employees for the Hawk-Eye Live Operations Team.
Monitor daily operations of the team and relay department-wide initiative statuses, risks, and opportunities to the team, which includes leads, supervisors, and operators.
Develop and oversee materials, schedules, and logistics on a monthly basis for the team.
Coordinate communication around schedule and resource bookings in support of all Tracking LiveOps Team sports (Baseball, Basketball, etc.).
Support Team Leads with talent assessment and performance reviews.
2+ years of Project/Operational Coordination or Assistant experience in a successful branded company/organization
Self-motivated, action-oriented, proactive, efficient and a big picture thinker.
An effective communicator to be able to collaborate and maintain relationships with partners across all teams.
Strong problem-solver and willing to adapt when facing potential roadblocks.
Proficient in using presentation tools such as Google Slides and Google Sheets.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management
Scheduling of large teams in a dynamic environment
Recruiting experience to support cross-functional teams
Interest or experience in the sports industry
