Job Description
As a Commercial Coordinator, you’ll work cross-functionally to support the execution of product launches, gather and manage data, coordinate samples and tastings, and help maintain product documentation.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Support new product development processes by coordinating timelines, samples, and documentation.
- Assist in organizing and tracking product tastings and supplier samplings with cross-functional partners.
- Maintain accurate product data and specifications in systems and shared databases.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams regarding product status, lead times, and packaging specs.
- Collaborate with QA, Procurement, and Operations to ensure seamless product onboarding and updates.
- Help coordinate packaging proof approvals and ensure alignment with branding guidelines.
- Prepare and distribute reports, meeting recaps, and documentation as needed.
- Participate in competitor analysis, trend tracking, and store visits to stay current on market innovations.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field or minimum of 4 years of experience
- Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
All corporate positions are required to work onsite at the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week.
