Senior Offline Media Manager

Gusto is a payroll, benefits, and HR platform supporting small businesses. The Senior Offline Media Manager will lead strategy and execution for offline and cross-channel brand media campaigns, manage multi-million dollar budgets, partner with analytics, product, creative, and external agencies, and drive measurement and optimization for B2B/SaaS customer acquisition.

Skills

  • 6+ years combined offline and digital media experience with hands-on negotiation and optimization
  • Minimum 3 years offline media experience and 3 years digital media experience
  • Deep knowledge of paid media channels and media industry dynamics
  • Experience managing agency partners and contractual documents (IOs, MNDAs, MSAs, SOWs)
  • Proven experience with creative testing and experimentation plans
  • Strong Excel skills (advanced functions) and comfort with campaign reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize brand media campaigns to drive awareness and acquisition
  • Allocate media resources across offline brand channels (Linear TV, CTV, Online Video, Radio, Streaming Audio, Podcasts)
  • Own campaigns end-to-end: planning, execution, vendor management, measurement, and reporting
  • Define target audiences, consumption habits, competitive analysis, KPIs by funnel stage, channel flighting, and learning agenda
  • Ensure consistency in brand communication across advertising
  • Manage media budgets and drive improvements to meet efficiency and LTV:CAC goals
  • Lead media agency partners and manage contracts, scopes, and staffing
  • Build and maintain campaign dashboards, trafficking creative, and managing audiences & assets
  • Collaborate with data analytics and growth engineering to ensure accurate tracking and measurement

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Relevant industry certifications or continuing education in media/analytics considered a plus
