Lead Performance Marketing Manager (Gaming)

A global platform specializing in web data collection and analysis for business solutions is now looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join its team.

The role focuses on scaling a new desktop game launcher, so proven gaming user acquisition experience is essential.

The company has access to over 20 million residential IP addresses worldwide, and its web scraping and proxy infrastructure solutions are trusted by leading enterprises across the globe.

Founded in the United States, the company today unites more than 250 professionals working from Europe and North America.

Responsibilities

  • Own the performance strategy to grow users for the desktop game launcher
  • Run end-to-end campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Telegram, Reddit, Discord, and Twitch
  • Rapidly test hypotheses, creatives, and targeting to find scalable winners
  • Optimize CPA/CPI toward installs and early retention
  • Set up tracking, build funnels, and optimize the user journey to lift conversion and reduce churn
  • Partner with Product to align marketing with goals and value propositions
  • Analyze performance and report on CAC, LTV, ROI, and retention
  • 10+ years of proven experience in gaming performance marketing for B2C software
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok
  • Strong track record driving traffic from Tier-1 geos (US, UK, Germany, France)
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools for tracking and optimization
  • Experience building and optimizing CPA/CPI campaigns
  • English C1+

Will be a plus

  • Experience with Telegram, Reddit, Discord, or Twitch
  • Experience with micro- and nano-influencer marketing in the gaming niche
  • Deep understanding of gamer psychology and community trends (Minecraft experience is a strong advantage)
  • Experience collaborating with indie game developers and small studios
  • Experience with affiliate or arbitrage traffic
