- Advanced professional writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Strong MS Word skills; experience with MS Excel and Adobe PDF
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, RFPIO, Salesforce, and DocuSign (preferred)
- Comfort with contract and services document language and templates
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Customer-service oriented with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage high volume work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Create, review, and finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Orders
- Verify content accuracy (approach, assumptions, pricing, terms & conditions) against company guidelines
- Edit and proofread documents for grammar, clarity, style, and formatting consistent with the Style Guide
- Apply client-specific information and negotiated terms when required
- Coordinate communications and review cycles among sales, technical, accounting, and contracts teams
- Maintain ticketing records, document tracking, version control, and update internal databases
- Facilitate client edits, approvals, and electronic signature coordination
- Research and incorporate additional information to ensure document accuracy
- Help maintain internal process documentation and assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Professional/Technical Writing, English, Communications or related field preferred OR equivalent related work experience
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience preferred
