Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality software solutions that support clinical and business initiatives.
- Lead architecture and solution design for enterprise systems, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Design and implement enterprise integrations and standardized APIs to reduce point-to-point integrations.
- Develop architectural roadmaps and technology strategies aligned with business goals and future growth.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party technologies and off-the-shelf products when appropriate.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and governance across the engineering organization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align on trade-offs and constraints.
- Identify architectural risks and define mitigation strategies emphasizing reliability, security, and compliance.
- Advocate for and enable DevOps practices, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability.
- Mentor and influence engineering teams to raise technical capability and promote reusable platform services.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Master's degree preferred but equivalent experience accepted
- Relevant professional certifications considered a plus
