What You Will Do:
Guidehouse supports the Front Office of a highly successful, strategic program which requires administrative and executive support to it's Front Office Senior Leadership team. You will be responsible for calendar management and support for preparation of the Senior Leadership team in advance of strategic programmatic interactions with agency leadership, oversight, and congressional engagements. You will also have the opportunity to develop trusted relationships with several adjacent mission officers in the coordination of high-profile and sensitive engagements.
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS) polygraph
Bachelor's Degree
5 years of professional experience
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Direct experience providing EA and/or COS-like support to a Front Office team within the IC
Highly effective written and verbal communications skills
Ability to maintain high levels of organization and the ability to follow up on taskings timely and accurately
Ability to support full-time on site between 8am-4pm core hours
Ability to support the FO leadership team from various sites in the North VA area
Exposure to operational mission sets
Prior experience engaging with Senior level officials in the IC with professionalism
Ability to work closely and effectively with multiple differing staff officers and fellow contractors; i.e. strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust communication styles with various team members
