Sr. Manager of Loyalty & Subscriber Experience

Grüns is a direct-to-consumer nutrition brand focused on convenient, high-quality gummy nutrition. We’re hiring a Sr. Manager of Loyalty & Subscriber Experience to own loyalty strategy and execution across Grüns and its family of brands — designing, launching, and optimizing a program that increases repeat purchase, cross-sell and LTV while integrating seamlessly with subscriptions, retention marketing, and CX.

Skills

  • Experience launching or owning loyalty in DTC, CPG, or subscription businesses
  • Strong analytical skills with repeat rate, cohorts, LTV, and incrementality focus
  • Familiarity with loyalty platforms (e.g., LoyaltyLion, Yotpo, Smile.io)
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, CX, Brand, and Ecomm
  • Testing- and documentation-driven approach to product and marketing changes
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute and manage operational details

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the centralized loyalty strategy across Grüns and its family of brands
  • Design, launch, and iterate a loyalty program (earn rules, rewards, tiers, perks, exclusives)
  • Create and maintain a loyalty testing roadmap to measure incrementality and optimize ROI
  • Align loyalty and subscription value propositions and ensure cohesive member experiences
  • Partner cross-functionally with Retention, CX, Brand, Product, and Ecomm to operationalize loyalty
  • Own loyalty-specific promotions, member communications, and channel usage rules
  • Analyze member behavior, report insights, and document program rules and processes
  • Serve as the internal expert and steward of long-term loyalty value and governance

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
  • Open to equivalent experience in lieu of formal degree
