$22/HR PLUS Bonus!
Schedule: 3 days during the week 12:30pm-8:30 and then every Saturday 9-5pm / Sunday 10:30-5
As the Weekend Team Leader, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound communication with prospective customers and scheduling them for a free consultation on their home improvement needs. They will communicate with the customer to provide a quality experience throughout the appointment setting process. The ISR will follow scripting, processes, and protocols to ensure that standard performance metrics are being met or exceeded. A successful Inside Sales Representative should be able to effectively communicate, use active listening skills and be dynamic in providing solutions. ISR reps are responsible for maintaining knowledge of products, markets and services offered. They are able to multitask and work efficiently to ensure that data is entered correctly, and leads are properly scheduled.
Compensation And Benefits
· Generate new leads through outbound & inbound calls.
· Ability to provide an excellent first impression to every customer you interact with
· Maintains up to date product knowledge to offer helpful solutions to customer’s home improvement needs.
· Ensures accurate information is maintained within our customer management system.
· Ability to consistently meet minimum performance standards for being on call and leads produced.
· High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field seen favorably.
· Customer service experience.
· Previous experience in a call center or a related sales position preferred.
· Experience with setting appointments, making outbound calls, or collections calls are seen favorably.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information and provide solutions.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
· Ability to develop relationships with customers and overcome objections.
· Excellent phone etiquette under all circumstances.
· Ability to multitask multiple computer systems at once, while providing high quality customer service.
