Responsibilities: Serve as the product expert, partner with Sales and Customer Success, conduct product demonstrations, address complex use cases, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
Skills: Strong technical customer-facing experience, SaaS enterprise software knowledge, APIs familiarity, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years in SaaS sales engineering or equivalent experience, with specific knowledge of SaaS security and data privacy standards preferred.
Location: This position is fully remote and can be held by employees living in Canada or the United States.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $85,000 - $130,000.
This role partners with Sales and Customer Success to win net-new deals and expand existing customers by serving as the ultimate product expert. When prospects bring complex use cases, you’ll turn them into simple, compelling solutions. You’ll translate technical depth into business value and help prospects decide with confidence.
