Vice President, Media – Retail Media Networks (RMN)

Goodway Group is an established, independent, remote-first media and marketing services firm with a strong history of innovation and award-winning work. The Vice President, Media – Retail Media Networks (RMN) will lead RMN strategy, platform excellence, and performance across retailer partnerships, driving operational rigor, client impact, and team development.

Skills

  • Deep expertise in retail and commerce media ecosystems and RMN platforms
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on operational experience
  • Proven ability to translate business objectives into media outcomes
  • Platform fluency across Criteo, CitrusAd, Kevel, The Trade Desk, LiveRamp and similar tools
  • Experience designing measurement frameworks focused on ROAS, incrementality, and sales lift
  • Cross-functional collaboration and executive client-facing skills
  • People leadership and talent development experience in media organizations

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end RMN media execution across onsite, offsite, and in‑store channels, ensuring performance and operational excellence.
  • Define and enforce activation, pacing, optimization, and QA best practices across retail networks.
  • Monitor KPIs (ROAS, sales lift, incrementality, delivery rates, sell‑through) and drive proactive optimization and learning.
  • Own platform strategy and innovation across core RMN and ad tech tools and integrate new measurement/clean room solutions.
  • Act as senior advisor to retailer executives; represent Goodway in QBRs, joint business planning, and executive discussions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Strategy, Client Experience, and Investment teams to align RMN programs to broader media plans.
  • Lead, develop, and scale the RMN media team; establish talent pathways, performance frameworks, and succession plans.
  • Publish thought leadership, represent Goodway externally, and contribute to case studies and market-facing POVs.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred but not required
