We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven CRM Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will support the execution and optimization of our customer relationship management strategies to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data insights, email and SMS marketing, and a strong commitment to fostering exceptional customer experiences aligned with Good American’s mission of inclusivity and empowerment.
Please note that this role requires to be onsite four days a week.
