As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an FP&A Director to lead and scale our financial planning efforts in the United States.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, strategic FP&A leader to support the financial strategy and performance of our operations, drive growth, and lead the financial integration of newly acquired businesses. Reporting directly to the U.S. President and the Global CFO, this role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and a critical seat at the table as we expand our U.S. presence. This role is based in Richardson, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the financial planning and analysis function for the U.S. market
  • Act as a strategic business partner to the U.S. President, leadership team, and global CFO
  • Drive forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning aligned with business objectives
  • Lead post-M&A financial integration, supporting systems, reporting, and performance alignment
  • Analyse and present key financial insights to support decision making
  • Build and refine models for profitability, investment cases, and scenario planning
  • Excel the S&OP process and partner closely with operations
  • Collaborate closely with Group Finance, Accounting and Commercial teams

Who We’re Looking For

You are a dynamic finance professional with a strong mix of strategic mindset and operational execution. You thrive in fast-paced environments, know how to turn data into decisions, and have a strong business sense.

Core Qualifications

  • Experience with consumer goods
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy
  • Background in Big Four, investment banking, or M&A is a strong plus
  • Experience in financial integration, performance management, and commercial finance
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Strong command of financial modelling, budgeting, and scenario analysis
  • Very proficient in Excel; experience with ERP and BI tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A can-do, hands-on mentality and comfort working independently

Eligibility Note:

You must be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area (or willing to move there over time) and authorized to work in the United States.
