We’re hiring a Business Manager, Terminals reporting to the Vice President of Business Development in the Terminals business unit. This position will have internal administrative responsibility for Beacon Street Logistics, LLC (“BSL”), a subsidiary of Global Partners, supporting the standardization of business processes that can influence business performance, including but not limited to the application of new infrastructure (systems and dashboards) for settlements, clearances, compliance and accounting; implementation of tools and resources to track and report real-time performance on blending margin loss/capture, cost trending for delivered butane and operating expenses, and other financial sensitivities and KPIs; and the creation of necessary commercial procedures to effectively administer the blending operation. In addition, the individual will assist in the prioritization and delivery of commercial initiatives such as contract maintenance, compliance and conformity across various accounts. The successful candidate will be process-driven with strong problem-solving skills and capacity to effectively manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. The individual must also be adaptative and possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with a variety of organizations including Data Insights, Operations, Commercial, and Corporate Accounting, and other functions. This position is remote.
