Skills: Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development, proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, strong project management and organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5-7 years of instructional design experience, strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in education.
Location: The position is based in Indianapolis, IN, with a hybrid work schedule (in-person 2 days a week).
