C++ Fintech Developer, Onsite
We are seeking an experienced C++ Fintech Developer to join an engineering team and help expand the platform. This role involves developing performance-critical systems that process and analyze complex fixed-income data in real time. The ideal C++ Fintech Developer should have strong experience building high-performance C++ applications and an interest in financial markets or trading technology. This position is 100% Onsite.
C++ Fintech Developer Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain low-latency C++ components for the data processing and analytics engine.
- Optimize existing codebases for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with data engineers and product specialists to translate business and market requirements into technical features.
- Build interfaces for integrating with market data feeds, APIs, and client systems.
- Contribute to system architecture discussions and future platform development planning.
- Work closely with leadership and product teams in an on-site, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
C++ Fintech Developer Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in C++ development (C++17 or newer preferred).
- Strong understanding of multi-threading, memory management, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Linux environments, distributed systems, and network protocols.
- Experience in real-time systems, data pipelines, or financial/trading applications a plus.
- Must be onsite 5 days per week at the Fairfield, NJ headquarters.
