- Experience with SOX/control frameworks and compliance reporting
Responsibilities
- Own month-end review and prepare management reporting packs including financials, KPIs and commentary
- Reconcile with financial accounting and stakeholders to ensure accurate monthly accruals and revenue postings
- Deliver financial review meetings with business stakeholders and drive financial accountability
- Lead budgeting, quarterly reforecast and pay review processes for central areas
- Support consolidation of monthly financials and provide commentary/variance analysis for group board reports
- Own quarterly SOX reporting controls for assigned areas
- Support continuous improvement and automation of accounting and reporting processes (including payroll capitalization)
- Build business cases, run ad-hoc financial analysis and model cross-functional project economics
Education
- Qualified accountant designation (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
