Sales Compensation Analyst

BeyondTrust is a cybersecurity SaaS leader focused on identity security and protecting paths to privilege. We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Compensation Analyst to support commissions operations, ensure data integrity across Salesforce and commission platforms, investigate and resolve crediting discrepancies, and collaborate with revenue and accounting teams in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and modeling
  • Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with commission tools (e.g., Xactly, CaptivateIQ) a plus
  • Ability to investigate, reconcile, and resolve commission crediting and payout issues
  • Experience ensuring data integrity across multiple systems
  • Clear written and verbal communication with a service-oriented approach
  • Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and continuous improvement focus
  • Comfort collaborating with accounting and revenue teams during close and reporting cycles

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the monthly crediting and data validation process for commissions.
  • Investigate and resolve crediting discrepancies and payout issues with timely communication to stakeholders.
  • Validate and distribute compensation plans, track exceptions, and resolve discrepancies within deadlines.
  • Respond professionally to inquiries from sales reps and GTM leaders and provide responsive support.
  • Ensure data integrity across Salesforce, commission platforms, and reporting tools to support internal controls.
  • Collaborate with Accounting during monthly close to support accruals and variance analysis.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Support incentive and policy modeling by managing and analyzing large data sets.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Relevant certifications or training in analytics/compensation systems are a plus
