Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 15 years of demonstrated leadership; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 13 years of demonstrated leadership..CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Utilizing your exceptional project management skills, the Program Director will direct a business area within a division consisting of multiple disciplines, programs, products, and/or customers to meet current and long-term business objectives. Within this business area, you’ll be responsible for customer satisfaction, leadership, overall performance, schedule, and the profit and loss of large programs throughout the entire program life cycle. In creating well-constructed, comprehensive business plans, you’ll review organizational capabilities and develop/execute strategies to improve the competitiveness of the organization through actions such as professional growth & development, strategic hiring, strategic partnering, and acquisitions. We’ll rely on you to identify market changes and develop product/program positions for cost and feature changes or equitable cost/schedule adjustments in order to balance programs, risks and opportunities within the executable strategies to meet technical requirements and budgets.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 15 years of demonstrated leadership; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 13 years of demonstrated leadership
• Skilled in the development and implementation of product/program strategy and tactics
• Demonstrated leadership of a program with significant delivery or technical risk
• Ability to develop and implement a product-oriented WBS and WBS Dictionary

Salary Note

Combined Salary Range

USD $222,815.00 - USD $241,093.00 /Yr.
