Responsibilities
- Provide professional-level administrative support for assigned contractual programs, including tracking and analyzing expenditures and preparing project documentation and reports.
- Oversee contract review, interpretation, implementation and coordinate with legal for clarifications and recommended contract improvements.
- Manage and supervise contract compliance, allocate resources, assign work, and develop program goals.
- Evaluate consultant and contractor performance using established tracking and reporting criteria; compile data and manage records.
- Participate in annual budget preparation, monitor and approve expenditures, and recommend budget adjustments.
- Prepare agendas and materials for regular project and program meetings.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with external organizations, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Develop instructional materials and provide technical support for program processes and tools.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, accounting, or related field (required)
- Master's degree in related field (preferred)
