Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects across Genea’s Security product line.
- Serve as primary point of contact for implementation activities and project-related requests.
- Coordinate requirements and timelines between customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain project timelines, deliverables, status trackers, and weekly status reports.
- Run project meetings, document minutes, and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain and mitigate risks and issues using a detailed log and mitigation strategies.
- Train and assist end users on product features and best practices.
- Identify process or system gaps and drive corrective solutions to improve efficiency.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely, professional manner.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- PMP or similar certification strongly preferred
