Project Manager - Implementations Security

Genea is a leading proptech company providing cloud-based physical security, submeter billing, and on-demand HVAC solutions to customers worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Implementations (Physical Security) to lead end-to-end deployments of our Security product line, drive operational efficiency, and ensure excellent customer experiences while coordinating customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and tools
  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Customer-service oriented with ability to set and manage expectations
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Risk identification and mitigation
  • Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently in remote, fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects across Genea’s Security product line.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for implementation activities and project-related requests.
  • Coordinate requirements and timelines between customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain project timelines, deliverables, status trackers, and weekly status reports.
  • Run project meetings, document minutes, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain and mitigate risks and issues using a detailed log and mitigation strategies.
  • Train and assist end users on product features and best practices.
  • Identify process or system gaps and drive corrective solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely, professional manner.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • PMP or similar certification strongly preferred
