Responsibilities
- Lead multi-scenario modeling to assess impacts of market volatility, volumes, pricing, and regulatory shifts
- Build and maintain product- and region-level P&Ls across Spot, Derivatives, Custody, and Card businesses
- Design and implement expense allocation frameworks for shared resources
- Partner with Product, Markets, Strategy, and Operations to quantify margin expansion and efficiency opportunities
- Translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for executives and the Board
- Develop and scale forecasting, reporting, and analytics tools and automation
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Mentor and influence cross-functional finance and analytics teams
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (required)
- MBA, CFA, or CPA (preferred)
