- Advanced Excel modeling and financial analysis
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Familiarity with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, Planful) a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication for presenting analyses to stakeholders
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and operational rigor
- Analytical problem-solving and ability to structure complex issues
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
- Prepare monthly variance and trend analyses and report key performance indicators to leadership
- Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting, tools, and processes to increase efficiency and data integrity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure financial alignment
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to evaluate new business opportunities and initiatives
- Support budgeting, long-range planning, and periodic re-forecasting
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- Relevant certifications (CPA, CFA) or advanced degree preferred but not required
