Are you excited to help bring smart, connected products to life? We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing Connected Security team, supporting iconic brands like Master Lock and Yale. You’ll lead the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for one or more connected product lines within the Security business unit.
As a strategic leader, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative products that enhance safety and convenience for our customers. This role balances technical depth with business acumen and customer empathy. You’ll help shape how we compete and grow in the smart home and connected products space.

Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $107,000 - $145,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
