As the Group Marketing Manager, you will guide and manage the development, implementation, and execution of segment-specific marketing strategies across all channels to help deliver the P&L objectives of our Strategic Business Units (SBUs). You will collaborate closely with Channel marketing, Product Management, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Sales, Consumer Marketing Insights (CMI), and Global Integrated Marketing (GIM) to drive alignment and deliver impactful growth strategies.
We are hiring two Group Marketing Managers: one will focus on Retail channels and one on eCommerce platforms.
We value individuals who can Think Fast, applying analytical insights and marketing acumen to drive segment performance and customer conversion. You will Work It Together by fostering collaboration across internal teams and stakeholders, aligning efforts to advance channel and segment strategies. And you’ll Make the Hard Call, leveraging data and insights to make informed, strategic decisions in support of business priorities over both the short- and long-term.
Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $120,000 USD - $192,500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
