Responsibilities
- Execute movement of ocean and air freight from booking at origin to final delivery at destination.
- Maintain communications with transportation and warehousing partners to facilitate shipment progress.
- Work cross-functionally across Flexport teams to resolve issues and coordinate operations.
- Monitor shipments on the frontline to ensure on-time movement and appropriate handling of exceptions.
- Use metrics to identify improvement opportunities and meet performance goals.
- Own client data quality by validating booked shipments, tracking status, and confirming schedules.
- Consistently follow SOPs to meet internal KPIs and SLAs.
Education
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred but not required
- 1+ year of relevant operations/logistics experience is preferred
- New graduates with relevant skills encouraged to apply
