Facility Administrator

United Vein & Vascular Centers (UVVC) is a rapidly expanding provider of minimally invasive vein and vascular care seeking an experienced Facility Administrator to manage daily operations, staff, and financial performance across its Fort Collins and Longmont clinics. The role focuses on delivering excellent patient experience, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and teammate development while supporting growth initiatives.

Skills

  • Proven healthcare leadership and staff management experience
  • Experience developing and managing clinic budgets and financial drivers
  • Knowledge of QAPI, patient safety, emergency management, and risk management
  • Proficiency with EMR (preferably ECW), MS Office suite, Teams, and virtual meetings
  • Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and staff for assigned clinic locations, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflows.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions following company policies.
  • Manage clinic financials, budgeting, revenue, labor productivity, and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Monitor and report on key operational metrics (volume, revenue, labor, productivity, patient care expenses).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, safety, HIPAA, and risk management requirements.
  • Coordinate QAPI activities, emergency management drills, and safety initiatives.
  • Maintain facilities, equipment, inventory, and supplies within budget and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians, clinical leaders, and Physician Liaisons to improve patient journey and satisfaction.
  • Conduct audits, staff meetings, and ongoing training to maintain standards and clinical competencies.
  • Partner with Payroll and HR teams to manage payroll, staffing plans, and HR functions.

Education

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred
