Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and staff for assigned clinic locations, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflows.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions following company policies.
- Manage clinic financials, budgeting, revenue, labor productivity, and implement performance improvement plans.
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics (volume, revenue, labor, productivity, patient care expenses).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, safety, HIPAA, and risk management requirements.
- Coordinate QAPI activities, emergency management drills, and safety initiatives.
- Maintain facilities, equipment, inventory, and supplies within budget and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical leaders, and Physician Liaisons to improve patient journey and satisfaction.
- Conduct audits, staff meetings, and ongoing training to maintain standards and clinical competencies.
- Partner with Payroll and HR teams to manage payroll, staffing plans, and HR functions.
Education
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred
